Goodyear Rig Supply Hose from First Hose
The Goodyear Rig Supply Hose is a premium quality hose used for the transfer of products from the supply vessel to offshore oil and gas installations or drilling rigs. Assemblies are "Lloyds Register" type approved and colour coded with high visibility ends in accordance with the Oil & Gas UK (formerly U.K.O.O.A.) guidelines.
First Hose’s range of rig supply hoses are suitable for transferring brine, base oil, baryte, cement, drillwater, diesel oil, liquid mud, and potable water and in general, most applications used in an offshore environment. The typical hose length is 18.3 meters long; other lengths are available on request. They are usually hung in sections of three or four lengths depending on the height of the drilling rig or platform. All our assemblies are made up in our Aberdeen facility and are pressure tested using fresh water prior to despatch.
BS/EN 1765 Dock Hoses from First Hose
Smooth Bore Dock Hoses from First Hose are designed, manufactured and tested to BS/EN 1765: 1998 (formally BS1435). They are suitable for the transfer of petroleum based products between docks and ships under all types of service conditions. Working pressures cover up to 15 bar. Hoses are usually supplied with built-in, factory-fitted, end fittings and the hoses can be electrically continuous or discontinuous. The bore diameters are from 4” up to 12” id.
